Whether you know exactly what needs to change or just know the business can be more, I join your team and own the work of getting it there.
You might recognize one of these:
You need someone who can step in, see what you're too close to see, and take the weight of getting it done. You get back to leading where you're strongest, while I take on what's draining you and turn it into the systems and structure that let the business grow, without depending on you for every move.
Most of my work is an ongoing monthly partnership: I take a seat on your team as your fractional COO or Chief of Staff and hold the whole picture alongside you. Some engagements start with a focused 60 to 90 day assessment first, a low-risk way for us both to decide the fit is right. Either way, we start with a conversation.
I work with clients remotely, with on-site visits when they'd help.
A few examples. Tap any to read the story.
As COO, I found an operations team spending 12 hours every month reconciling AR/AP billing by hand: slow, tedious, and easy to get wrong. I redesigned the process and built the automation around it. That 12 hours dropped to about 15 minutes, and accuracy climbed to 99%.
The hours saved weren't really the point. Freeing that team from repetitive work let them spend their time where it actually moved the business.
A client hit year five stretched thin and unsure where to put their energy. Growth had leveled off, and they were spending time and money chasing revenue that wasn't really theirs to win.
We got honest about where the real revenue was coming from and cut the distractions. We rethought the roles they actually needed, not the ones they assumed, sharpened how they hired, and built a planning process they could run on their own. Within the year, sales were up year over year by May.
An executive was weighing two paths that would reshape her career: take a new role she'd been offered, or buy a marketing firm and run it herself. She needed a thinking partner, not someone to tell her what to do.
We worked through it together over regular sessions, and I built her an AI tool designed to question rather than advise, to help her separate what she actually wanted from the noise and keep the real numbers in front of her. She made the call with clarity and bought the firm. Today she's its CEO, and she navigated the whole transition successfully.
"A rare leader who can simultaneously manage executive stakeholders, mobilize cross-functional teams, and deliver transformative business results."

I've been the right hand to a founder-CEO and the operator embedded in client leadership teams, the person a company trusts with its hardest moments. I hold the whole picture and build the system underneath it, and I leave you with the tools and team to keep growing on your own.
By the RocketFuel assessment I'm an Integrator with a strong secondary Visionary, which is the work itself: I understand where you're headed, and I build the machine that gets you there.
